Opel has released an additional photo with the Monza Concept which will be publicly unveiled next month at Frankfurt Motor Show.

Opel is on a roll in terms of design as after the Cascada and facelifted Insignia they are about to introduce the Monza Concept. Debuting on September 12 at IAA, the concept serves as a preview for the company’s evolution of the design philosophy called “Sculptural Artistry meets German Precision” where “body contours now convey a new sense of lithe athleticism rather than pure muscle power.”

At this moment there aren’t any details about an actual production version based on this concept which would bring back to life important Opel nameplates such as the Calibra or Monza. What we do know is the concept will focus on efficiency and connectivity that are being considered as priorities for next-gen Opel models.
