Exciting news for Toyota sports cars fans in the UAE! Al-Futtaim Toyota has unveiled the all-new 2020 Toyota GR Supra. The fifth-generation Supra focuses on power and performance both on the highway and on the track. The car has completed thousands of kilometers distance around Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany, to ensure it performs well on the most challenging driving tracks.
The Chief Engineer of Supra, Tetsuya Tada, stated, “The history of Supra development is marked by the pursuit of driving pleasure created by the relationship between driver and car. Toyota stopped production of Supra during its fourth-generation run but came back with an updated design and dynamics to beat the competition. The 2020 Toyota GR Supra is still a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car. It features a turbocharged 3.0-liters six-cylinder engine pumping out 335 horsepower and 50.99kg-m of torque. The engine is mated to an eight-speed transmission. Drivers can also make use of steering-mounted paddle shifters. It can zoom to 100 km/h in only 4.3 seconds on its way to a top speed of 250 km/h.

Other salient features include a multifunctional three-spoke sports steering wheel, dual-zone air-conditioning, a 12-speaker JBL sound system, push start button, Normal and Sport driving modes, sports pedals and a head-up display.
The passenger’s safety is ensured through the front, side, curtain and driver’s knee airbags, along with driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, tire pressure monitoring, blind-spot warning, lane change assist, traffic sign recognition, a rear-view camera and more.
