Ahmad Daham, a Guinness World Record holder and five-time Middle East drift champion, becomes the first man from Arab who took part in these two world’s most notable events, the Goodwood Festival of Speed (4-7 July in the UK) and  2019 Drift Masters European Championship (28-29 June in Poland).

The best thing about his hill climb at Goodwood was Daham’s custom Lexus RC F Pro Drift spec car, which Al-Futtaim Lexus introduced two months back. Making its first public entry in Europe, the RC F Pro took part in a Formula D race and made a tandem drift during the event as well.

Talking about the 2019 edition of the renowned Drift Masters European Championship, 42 participants from 18 countries are competing for the top three positions. Daham took part in round three last month in Poland and is moving up the charts swiftly. The fourth round will start 2-3 August at Biķernieku Trase in Riga, Latvia, followed by Round 5 in Ferropolis, Germany (16-17 August). The final round 6 will be held in Mondello Park, Ireland between 21-22 September.

Talking about his partaking at Goodwood and European Championship, Daham stated: “A lot of hard work leads up to big events, and it’s such an honor to be representing the Middle East region at these world-renowned competitions. 2019 has brought a lot of good fortune, and I look forward to continuing momentum.”
