The world famous motorcycle brand has introduced the 2019 Harley-Davidson LiveWire at the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, giving us some information on the production version. Harley has been working on this electric motorbike for a long time. Those who have been following would know the project was initiated in 2010 and a prototype was out in 2014 with a 60 miles range.

As said earlier, the 2019 Harley-Davidson LiveWire debuted with very little details. We have no details on the output power, battery capacity and drive range. What we do know is that it uses a permanent-magnet motor and it makes an excellent sound reminiscent of Harley brand. However, we do hope it could get better with the final version.

Talking about the battery, it has a multi-cell lithium-ion unit, which can be charged with its personal Level 1 charger or a Level 2/3 through the J1772 connector. The Harley dealers will also offer a DC fast charging station at the dealerships.
