Meet the Apollo Intensa Emozione (IE) hypercar which has an extremely powerful 6.3-liter V-12 engine that can rev up to 9,000 rpm and make 788 horsepower. If that’s not enough to impress you, reports suggest Apollo is ready to max out the engine if a customer desires it.

In a video released by Apollo, the general manager Ryan Berris said that studies are underway to judge the V-12 engine’s capability. According to the study, Apollo might just increase the engine’s output to 1,000 horsepower and govern the rev limiter to 11,000 rpm. Moreover, the compression ratio of the cylinders may increase to 16.5:1. While that is a good news, this development will cost a lot of money.

Berris stated that the company is not looking to make or break any records that is why the IE won’t feature a high output engine right off the bat. “This is not meant to be a numbers car. This car, it’s philosophy is to pay homage to the old GT1 days, to be an analog car that was an emotional experience to drive on every level, and something that was usable,” Berris says.

The video also shows there are two exhaust systems and a three-tip exhaust outlet that is even more expensive than the exhaust system of a BMW M4. The rear sports a huge wing and two types of wheels are offered along with two types of brakes. The interior bucket seats could be shaped according to the customer’s size and shape.

The Apollo Intensa Emozione will cost 2-million-pound sterling.
