Fans of the Bugatti Veyron can rejoice as the last Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is coming to the Goodwood Festival of Speed for auction. The Bugatti Veyron was the fastest production car in the world before the Koenigsegg Agera RS took the title away. The Super Sport model is special because it is the fastest Veyron around and can be bought in England mid-July.
The auction will take place under the expert supervision of Bonhams – one of the oldest auctioneers of the world. The last Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is not new but it is as good as new since it has only been driven 552 kilometers by the previous owner from the day it exited the factory in 2012.
There is no denying the 1,183 horsepower that comes from the W12 engine. The super car can reach speeds up to 258 mph, which can be improved by removing the rev-limiter. This 7.031 numbered supercar has a rich matte black finish which complements the all-black wheels, badges, and grille. The leather interior is bathed in a brilliant red color.
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport will be pampered by Bugatti before the sale on July 13 which is expected to grab $2.2 – $2.4 million.
