Roush Performance has added their R2650 Supercharger to the Mustang to create 2018 Roush Jackhammer Mustang which will enable it to pump out 710 horsepower and 610 lb-ft of torque. This huge power will enable it to challenge any high-performance sports car.
The unique Mustang also gets cosmetic upgrades such as the Roush coil-over suspension, Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires, exclusive Roush badges and emblems, and gloss-coated black wheels. The side of the car has hockey strip design and customers can opt for a performance stripe on the hood as well as the roof.
The Roush package can be applied to fastback Mustangs that host either the six-speed manual or ten-speed automatic transmission. For exterior magnificence, buyers can choose from 11 different paintworks that can be applied and viewed on the online configurator. Other options can also be added like leather seats and a quad-tip performance exhaust with a black finish.
The cost for the 2018 Roush Jackhammer Mustang upgrade starts at $14,765. That is the price buyers would have to pay above the standard price. Roush Performance is confident on their creation and have been generous enough to provide a 5-year, 60,000 miles limited powertrain warranty.
As customary with special editions, the Roush Mustang will also be produced in limited numbers. Only 200 examples will be built, so hurry up!
