The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe has lastly hit the land of Kuwait and can be found at A.R. Albisher & Z. Alkazemi Company showroom, the Authorized General Distributor in Kuwait. The updated coupe boasts a number of impressive upgrades including the intelligent driving assist systems, Widescreen Cockpit, integrated ENERGIZING comfort control, new infotainment and more.
Talking about the exterior, the Mercedes S-Class features new tail lamps with innovative OLED System technology for maximum visibility in all driving conditions. Two new wheel options have also been given for the AMG lineup.
On the inside, the interior is offered with a new interior color concept and three new optional trim lines including high-gloss brown burr walnut wood, satin-finish grey ash wood, and designo magnolia wood. The front dash incorporates two new high-resolution 12.3-inch displays. These two displays also act as a widescreen cockpit with different visual settings. The steering wheel has mounted buttons that allow the driver to control the infotainment without taking hands off the wheel. The infotainment system can also be controlled using LINGUATRONIC voice control and the touchpad. Moreover, it offers wireless charging facility without any telephone holder.
The new ‘Energizing Comfort Control’ links together multiple functions of the car such as climate control, seats, heating, and lighting to offer a phenomenal driving experience according to the driver’s mood.
Powering the new Mercedes S-Class S 560 coupe is a V8 bi-turbo engine developing 469 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. Both the S 560 and S 560 4MATIC take 4.6 seconds to cover 100 km/h. The driving assistance system includes Active Distance Control DISTRONIC and Active Steering Assist.
