While the McLaren 570S Spider is already a roaring beast offering a phenomenal drive on both road and track, the automaker has decided to further upgrade the driving dynamics by introducing the new Track Pack.

The McLaren 570S Spider’s Track Pack boasts light weight forged alloy wheels which are 33 pounds lighter along with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, carbon-fiber racing seats which are 20 pounds lighter, artificial suede steering wheel and a loud exhaust system. Moreover, the Track Pack includes new telemetry facilities which will allow the drivers to analyze and record their performance.

No changes have been made to the powertrain, which means, the McLaren 570S still retains the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine paired with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. This unit delivers 562 horsepower and 443 lb.-ft of torque and helps the 570S Spider to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.0 seconds and achieve a top speed of 200 mph.

A similar package was also introduced for the 570S Coupe a couple of years back which turned out to be so popular that one out of every 10 customers opted for the package.

The 570S Spider’s Track Pack costs $24,000
