For those who do not prefer electric vehicles due to its low drive range, Chevrolet is presenting the all-new Chevrolet Bolt EV equipped with an advanced battery pack that offers a phenomenal driving range.
The Chevy Bolt carries a 60-kWh lithium-ion battery pack which offers a range of up to 500 kilometers on a single charge. This range is almost close to a regular petrol-powered car on a full tank of fuel, making the new Chevy Bolt highly practical for everyday driving.
Chevrolet has also been testing the new Bolt EV’s driving capability and range in both the US and different parts of the world. Recently, the Chevrolet Bolt EV took part in the 2018 Global Electric Vehicle Road Trip in the Middle East and showcased its impressive performance. The event ran across the whole UAE covering 1,750 kilometers and experiencing both city and off-road driving conditions.
Talking about the car, Michael Lelli, vehicle chief engineer, said that the new Chevrolet Bolt is a fun to drive car with an ample interior space and a superior electric driving range.
The new Chevrolet Bolt EV is scheduled to arrive in the Middle East very soon.
