The 2018 Geneva Motor Show is around the corner and Mercedes-AMG has grasped the opportunity to tease enthusiasts and potential customers with snapshots of the Mercedes-AMG GT four-door sedan in motion. The official photos provide a close-up look at the four-door camouflaged car that sports the Panamericana grille.

The vehicle is based on the AMG GT Concept showcased in 2017. The rear of the sedan looks stylish with slim LED taillights and sports quad exhaust tips jutting out from the back. These tips are rounded much like the ones seen on the prototype spotted in December and not like the trapezoidal shaped exhausts from the August prototype. The camo-clad car does not reveal much, so for a detailed insight on the car’s exterior and interior design, customers would have to wait for the March 6th release.

The sedan, which AMG is ironically calling the AMG Coupe, will compete with the likes of Porsche’s Panamera. It is entirely not sure what the Mercedes-AMG GT four-door sedan hides under the hood but the body design hints at a 4.0-liter dual turbocharged V8 used earlier in other Mercedes-AMG models and is likely to produce an immense 603 horsepower or more depending on the company’s objectives.
