The leading German Tire Company, Continental has developed a comprehensive Generation 6 range of tires for the transport industry in the Middle East. The tire’s range was officially launched in the UAE last week by Continental with its three distinct product lines. Held in the Dubai Autodrome, the event was joined by around 110 Continental importers, retailers, and distributors.

The brand’s new generation 6 range of products offers clients a diverse lineup of tires to select from that have been specially designed and crafted to tackle various road conditions and driving scenarios of the region.

The generation 6 range of tires entails three different products namely UltraContact 6 for large sedans, ComfortContact 6 for smaller vehicles and driving in-city and MaxContact 6 for luxury and high-performance vehicles.

These three products from Continental will be available for sale in the Middle Eastern markets by early 2018 providing motorists and fleet companies a combination of high-end German technology and all-encompassing automotive engineering benefits.

These robust and high-quality tires will help promote driver safety and high damage resistance while allowing for a comfortable and seamless driving experience.

In line with Continental’s Vision zero goal, the robust designs of the new Generation 6 range offer security and high resistance to damage from problems like potholes, debris and kerb impacts promoting tire longevity and safe driving.

All tire products from Generation 6 range include the latest technological features for better grip, traction control, handling and braking, and relaxing rides. José Luis de La Fuente, Continental Middle East’s managing director, said: “The Middle East is a key market for Continental – our products very much lend themselves to the climatic and driving conditions encountered across the region. But we wanted to take our offering to the next level and provide our customers an even higher quality choice of tires, so developing a range bespoke to the region was the natural next step.”
