The new 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo test mule has been caught testing and the spy photographers have managed to take some spy shots of the sports car.

The 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo test mule was seen wearing the body kit of the outgoing 911-series Carrera. However, there are plenty of cues which tell us that this is, in fact, Authe new upcoming 911 Turbo.  For instance, the makeshift fender extensions can be seen, which are installed to hide the widened track of the 911 Turbo, while the gaping air intakes tell about the engine’s extra potential. A set of large exhaust tips can also be seen at the back.

The testing mule is not equipped with high-end aerodynamic elements but we can surely expect the final model to boast new features including a massive rear-wing.

Under the hood, the 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo is expected to carry a twin-turbocharged flat-six engine developing about 580 to 600 horsepower. An all-wheel drive will be standard.

The Turbo S variant is expected to pair the twin-turbo engine with an electric motor for increased 650 horsepower.

Initially, the automaker will introduce the new Porsche 911 in Carrera and Carrera S guises.
