The Chicago based automotive performance specialist AMS Performance, who’s popular for revamping the Nissan GT-Rs, has upgraded the Infiniti Q60. Dubbed as the Infiniti Q60 Red Alpha, the concept will make debut this week at the Vegas Auto Show.

The Infiniti Q60 Red Alpha is based on the Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400, which carries a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine and delivers 400 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft of torque. Thanks to the powertrain tweaks such as an added intercooler, upgraded intake, dry-media filter, catback exhaust, and a high-flow exhaust system, the Q60 Red Alpha offers 19 percent more horsepower and 29 percent more torque. Moreover, the ECU has been personally calibrated by the AMS, and a custom radiator overflow tank and a heat exchanger have been added too.

We are not familiar with the exterior design but teaser images indicate the Coupe will be covered in a sexy red paint and would feature a massive rear wing. The front fascia will receive modifications too. No information has been revealed regarding the interior, however, with the Infiniti customization program, the customers will be able to design the cabin according to their preference.

More details regarding the Infiniti Q60 Red Alpha will be available soon.
