Welcome the new Abu Dhabi police vehicles with a new logo and blue/white color scheme, and say goodbye to the deep colored red and white vehicles. The fleet of new police patrols delineates the new identity of Abu Dhabi police. The official unveiling took place at Armed Forces Officers Club AFOC.

Many police officials including the Commander in Chief of Abu Dhabi police, Major general Mohammad Khalfan Al Rumaithi and the director general of Abu Dhabi police, Major General Maktoum Ali Sharfi were present at the ceremony and test drove these new Abu Dhabi police vehicles. The crown prince of Abu Dhabi and the Commander in Chief of UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Muhammad Bin Sultan Al Nahyan was also there to grace the event.

In July, the officials decided to introduce new vehicles, uniforms, and logos for the Abu Dhabi Police.

The new vehicles feature blue and white colors alongside “Abu Dhabi Police” text and the new logo sporting falcon, dagger, and palm trees in a circle, at the front. This logo represents the Abu Dhabi police’s achievements since 1957 and reflects their culture and heritage.

The Abu Dhabi Police uniforms are still not revealed yet and hopefully will take a couple more months before we could see the officials sporting them.
