The 2018 Genesis G70 has been officially revealed by the automaker at the company’s design center in Namyang, Korea. It is scheduled to arrive at the dealerships in the United States in early 2018.

The 2018 Genesis G70 will be available with a choice of gasoline and diesel engines in the home country, however, in the U.S., only the gasoline engine models may arrive. The base model will be powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged in-line four-cylinder unit developing 248 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft of torque, while the more powerful variants will carry a 3.3-liter turbocharged V6 unit producing 365 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft of torque.

With the V6 unit, the Genesis G70 will be able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and gallop all the way to 268 km/h. The 8-speed automatic transmission will be available as standard, while customers could also opt for manual transmission at an extra cost.

On the inside, the Genesis G70 boasts a luxurious interior design with woodgrain trim and a number of tech features including an 8.0-inch touch display infotainment with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility and a 15-speaker Lexicon audio system. The safety features include adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, blind spot warning and more.

We cannot confirm right now whether it will arrive here in the Middle East or not.
