The Tesla Model X crossover is receiving a number of new modified components and the mastermind behind this job is the German car performance and tuning part manufacturer, Novitec.

The exterior elements added to the Tesla Model X include a front splitter, side skirts, a rear diffuser incorporated on the rear bumper, a rear wing and 22-inch alloy wheels. All these exterior components not just enhance the look of the crossover, but improve the aerodynamics as well. Plus, they are made from carbon fiber to keep the overall weight of the car low.

Novitec has not released the pictures of the interior, but mentions they can create a custom-made cabin featuring leather and/or Alcantara upholstery depending on the customer’s request.

No changes have been made to the Model X powertrain. The range-topping P90D version churns out 463 horsepower and is capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds. However, an enhanced braking system with carbon ceramic discs have been installed, which will reduce the Model X’s stopping distance. The pricing details have not been announced yet.

Novitec has also modified some other luxury cars in the past from Lamborghini, Ferrari and even Rolls-Royce.
