The standalone Toyota Material Handling Facility offers sale, services and spares (3S) to its customers in an efficient, streamlined and convenient way.
With a humongous service area comprising of 18 working bays capable of running in parallel and a one of a kind robot (laser guided automated vehicle), the newly opened facility aims at offering increased uptime to Toyota’s customers. Guided by floor marking/wires and lasers, the automated vehicle transfers parts and equipment to mechanics at working bays, thus reducing down time and improving efficiency and productivity of the facility.
The standalone 3S facility is scheduled to remain open 5 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm.
