Two Emirati citizens have been awarded two Hyundai cars for not violating any traffic rule for an entire year. On Sunday, a lucky draw of 2,000 good drivers was held in Dubai under White Point Reward System by Dubai Police and two winners were awarded brand new Hyundai cars. Dignitaries from Dubai Police department and Al Habtoor Group honored the winners and presented them two Hyundai cars.
Both winners, 45-year-old Bilal Atiq and 24-years-old Sara Juma’a Othman, lauded this initiative and added that positive reinforcement is needful to appreciate good and safe driving. The winners, who share 20 years of driving experience between them, expressed amazement on being selected for the big prize on driving lawfully.
The 2,000 good drivers were shortlisted from a list of 26,740 drivers suitable for inclusion in White Point Reward System. Out of the selected 2,000 winners, Emirati nationals emerged on top as they claimed 500 spots out of 2,000, next in line were Indian with 315 spots, British with 150 and Egyptians with 147 respectively.
