Honda is all-set to introduce two new electric models, the Honda Clarity Plug-in hybrid and Clarity electric at the New York Auto Show next month. The Japanese automaker has already released teaser images, which give us a good idea about the front of the two vehicles.

Honda previously showcased the Clarity fuel cell in 2015 at the Tokyo Motor Show, and now the plug-in hybrid and the electric cars will join the league expanding the Clarity lineup. The launch of these two new models is a part of Honda’s plan to achieve two-thirds of its global sales through electric cars.

The details regarding Clarity electric car is not confirmed yet, but reports say it will have a range of 80 miles. In comparison, the upcoming Tesla Model 3 is expected to offer a range of up to 215 miles.
