The hatchback variant of the popular RS 3 sedan dubbed as the 2018 Audi RS 3 Sportback is finally here and can be seen at the Geneva Motor Show this week.

The 2018 Audi RS 3 is equipped with a turbocharged 2.5-liter TFSI five-cylinder engine, which produces 400 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission system. In comparison to the outgoing RS 3 Sportback, the 2018 model offers 38 more horsepower, which makes it run to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

In addition, the RS 3 Sportback also features an enhanced suspension system, new 19-inch wheels and a wider track. It also renders selectable driving modes, while optional equipment includes carbon-ceramic brakes, sport seats and adjustable dampers.

Talking about the exterior updates, the Audi RS 3 Sportback 2018 boasts revised front and rear fascia, whereas the interior incorporates Nappa leather seats and carbon fiber accents on the front dash. The exclusive RS badging can also be found inside the cabin.

The new Audi RS 3 Sportback is only announced for the European markets, and there is no word on when it will arrive in the GCC markets.
