The first pictures of the BMW X6 M Design Edition have leaked to the web.
Set to go on sale next month, the limited edition model will be distinguished by a carbon fiber front splitter, gloss black accents and 21-inch alloy wheels. We can also see a tailgate-mounted spoiler and body side graphics.

The cabin comes nicely equipped with Merino leather seats, contrast stitching and a two-tone dashboard. There’s also piano black trim and an individually-numbered plaque.

Power will likely be provided by a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that develops with 555 HP (408 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. It should enable the crossover to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and hit a limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

Production will reportedly be limited to 100 units, but there’s no word on pricing.
