Seems Ford Motor Company is fully motivated to conquer the major race events including Trans Am, NASA and SSCA. To accomplish its goals, the automaker s revealed the new Ford Shelby FP350S packing some phenomenal features that make it an ideal car for these racing events.

Revealed at the 2016 Performance Racing Industry Show in Indianapolis, the Ford Shelby FP350 is capable of competing at the Trans Am TA3 and TA4 classes, T1 and T2 classes of NASA and also at the SCCA racing club. It is built around the previous track-only race cars by Ford such as the FR500C, BOSS 302R and 302S, Ford Shelby GT350R-C.

The Ford Shelby FP350S carries a 5.2L V8 engine constructed by the Ford Performance division, which is fitted with an enhanced exhaust system. The engine is mated to a Tremec 3160 6-speed manual transmission system. Moreover, the Ford Shelby FP350S also extends a six-point roll cage, performance oriented suspension system, upgraded and responsive electric steering, and high-performance braking system. The front-wheels are 19 x 10.5 inches, while at the back the car features 19 x 11 inches wheels.

On the inside, the Ford Shelby FP350S has a MOTEC data acquisition system and racing-seats.
