Love it or hate it, the one of the most blockbuster movie franchises of the modern age is going nowhere any time soon. Director Michael Bay will be calling the shots for Transformers 5 – the fifth installment of the series -, which has been accorded the subtitle, “The Last Knight”.
Bay is also stoking fan curiosity by disclosing information about the latest movie in a tantalizing manner. He has recently released a snap of Western Star 4900 SF truck on social media, which is in fact Onslaught – the leader of the combaticons in its automotive mode. Combaticons is the battle faction of Decepticons that convert into military rides. We can only speculate if all the transformers combine to form Bructicus, a gigantic transformer in this movie as well.
Other decepticons include Barricade having Ford Motor Company’s Mustang police car as its vehicular mode, and Megatron who is still under the wraps. Of course, we can never forget the Optimus Prime who will be joined by Bumbelee, transforming itself into a Camaro. Moreover, Mercedes-AMG GT R will be the automobile self of Drift.
The action packed Transformers 5 is scheduled for June 23, 2017 release and is widely predicted as the last movie from Michael Bay. We will be watching the movie to ascertain whether it will be a memorable farewell.
