Nissan has added a true work horse to its 2017 Nissan Titan Lineup for those who love to slug it out on or off the road.
You can easily order your Nissan Titan boasting posh and luxurious amenities through multiple available options on the ordering sheet. However, there will be a new model for 2017 keeping in view the common man. This will be an 8 feet bed Single Cabin teaming up with the forthcoming King Cab and Crew Cab models in the Titan and Nissan Titan XD lineup.
The Single Cab Titan XD will be powered by a 5.6 litre V8 gasoline engine churning out 390 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque coupled to a seven speed automatic transmissions. Another option includes a Cummins 5.0 litre V8 turbo diesel engine delivering 310 horsepower and 555 lb-ft of torque hooked up to a six speed automatic transmission. The gasoline and diesel powered engines have the tow rating of 5,257 and 5,733 kilograms respectively.
The standard Titan will feature the same V8 as available in Titan XD, but will be with V6 later on. Both Titan XD and Titan will be accessible in rear and all wheel drives.
Only time will tell if simplicity turns out to be the ultimate sophistication for the 2017 Nissan Titan lineup.
