The upcoming 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab has the new tow rating of 9,390 pounds, when properly equipped as per the details provided by the company.

Scheduled to be launched later this summer, the non XD version of the 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab will have a bed of 5.5 feet. The XD version will be a lot longer with the extra length of 14.7 inches. A total of 3 body styles as well as 3 box sizes will be offered by Nissan.  The automaker will also provide XD customers an option of 5.0 litre Cummins diesel engine. After the Crew Cab model, King and Single variants will be launched later.

The crew cab truck has a maximum payload rating of 1,610 pounds. It will be ramped by a 5.7 litre V8 engine generating horsepower of 390 at 5,800 RPM with a torque of 394 lb-ft. The engine is engaged with a seven speed transmission. A V6 engine has also been proposed for the future.

Some of the standard features of Titan include trailer-light check system, a 7.0-inch touch screen, integrated trailer brake controller, removable in-bed storage boxes and an around-view camera.

Nissan will announce prices closer to the summer sale schedule.
