A new Mobile Police station in Dubai in the Al Muraqqabat Jurisdiction has started working to register major and minor incidents like crime, robbery, outstanding cheque reports, and issuing good behavior certificate. The mobile police station was activated seven days before and now they have shared their weekly performance report. The weekly record consists of 103 good behaviour certificates, 12 minor emergencies, 12 crime queries, 6 cheque bounced reports, 3 traffic fines, two lost item certificate and one night work permit.
A few other services extended by the station include safety at special occasions, keeping track of lost and stolen items while also recording the recovered items among others.
Captain Faisal of Customer Service Department in Muraqqabat Police Station says that the mobile police station was launched to offer high quality services to achieve customer satisfaction.
The mobile police station will definitely enhance police’s services reaching to everyone in the community from elderly to disabled citizens by visiting their location of residence.
