All the Top Gear fans who were disappointed because they couldn’t see all the three hosts together in the show can now rejoice as Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May will be seen in a brand new Amazon Auto Show, which will launch this fall.
In the 1:30 teaser video, all the three former Top Gear hosts can be seen brainstorming and decide a name for their new show. Reports suggest that 3 seasons have been signed each of 12 episodes that will run for a total of 60 minutes. The budget allocated for each episode is $7 million.
A rumour broke over the internet a few days back stating that the new Amazon Auto Show will be named “Gear Knobs”, however Clarkson denied that and said any name with the word ‘Gear’ would not be used.
Unlike some of the Amazon series allowing to ‘Binge-watch’ the entire series in one go, this new Amazon Auto Show will broadcast only one episode weekly.
