The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit receives some important and impressive updates and is up for display this week at the 2016 New York Auto Show.

The updates include a new front chrome grille and LED fog lights that genuinely add an aggressive persona to the front fascia. The new and improved 20-inch aluminium wheels have also been added for bolder look.

The interior is now available in Laguna leather trim and the new Indigo/Ski Gray combination in addition to the three existing colour combos including Black, Brown, and Dark Sienna Brown. The active noise cancellation technology, Berber floor mats, acoustic windshield, suede headliner and a superb 9-speaker, 825-watt Harman Kardon audio system are standard in the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit.

The powertrain remains unchanged; it carries a base 3.6-litre V6 engine that churns out 295 horsepower, while the range topping 5.7L V8 unit can also be opted that produces 360 horsepower.

The price tag has not been announced yet but automaker has stated that the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit will arrive in the market in summer.
