The British automaker has uncovered the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept at the Geneva Motor Show this year and its exquisite looks quickly gained it tremendous popularity around the globe. Now reports suggest that following the launch of Benteyga SUV, a new sports car will be introduced which is expected to be Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6.
In an interview with Top Gear, Kevin Rose – Bentley’s board member for sales and marketing – said that the EXP 10 Speed 6 will be based on the Volkswagen MSB Platform, meaning it will share its underpinnings with the Porsche.
Since the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 is expected to compete with the likes of Mercedes AMG GT when it arrives, we can expect it to carry a W12 with 600 horsepower for the range topping variant. Kevin Rose also told that the automaker is considering electric powertrains in its future vehicles, so we might see an electric sports car in the making.
