While everyone is desperately waiting for the super luxurious SUV, 2016 Bentley Bentayga, the British automaker has announced its plans to add a new smaller and more compact baby Bentayga to its lineup.
The Bentley CEO Wolfgang Dürheimer, already gave us a hint at the 2015 Shanghai Motor Show that the company has plans to introduce a smaller version of its most anticipated SUV. The Bentley product line director, Peter Guest, stated that the new baby Bentayga will focus more on power. However, the interior space and luggage area will be compromised.
The standard Bentayga is equipped with a 6.0-litre W12 engine that generates 600 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, so we can expect the baby version to produce more power as compared to the regular variant.
Rumors are that the automaker will unveil the concept version of the baby Bentayga at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, so we’ll have to wait for a while before getting out hands on more vital information.
