Mercedes has announced updated Mercedes CLA 45 AMG and GLA 45 AMG to open sale this fall. The latest cars have been enhanced, tuning up the power and speed.
The latest 2016 AMGs now enjoy a ‘Turbo 4Matic’ badge and a revitalized power-train with a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, generating 375 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque, which gives them an extra power of 20 hp and 18 pound-feet of torque, compared to its predecessors. This power enables the CLA and GLA cars a faster sprint and higher output, once you shift past the 2nd gear.
Apart from updates in power department, the latest models have also acquired keyless start, dual-zone climate control and infotainment system which add to its luxury and smoother driving experience. Apart from these, Dynamic Select System offers multiple driving modes. The sale is likely to begin in October, interested buyers would be able to get it from Mercedes dealers across the US, and we are not sure when we will get it here in the Middle East.
