A 4-minute video trailer of 1,200 horsepower GTR has gone viral over the internet recently exciting the motorheads. The 4K quality film was a tribute by Motorhead Magazine to the two very special cars racing through famous Gunsai touge courses, featuring world renowned NOB Taniguchi.
The video released for famous Japanese car magazine’s issue#16 featured a previous R32 GT-R Group A racer and a HKS-tuned R35 GT1000 with a might of 1,200 hp driving the wheels. The all-black GTR competing against the multicolored GT1000 meant to metaphorically represent battle between the heart and mind.
The start is a little uncanny, which later opens up to lush green Gunsai roadsides. As the car races, the cameras capture the speeding car from a variety of angles, including the cabin view focused on the driver and dashboard.
