BrandZ annual report of 2015 regarding the Most Valuable Global Brands show that Toyota is at number one in the car category. Although the worth of the company has decreased by 2 percent owing to the airbag recall issue, standing at $29 billion according to the report, nevertheless it is still at top thanks to its top of the line vehicles that are famous around the world.

The runner ups are the German luxury automaker BMW at number 2, whose worth increased by two percent ($26.4 billion) and Mercedes-Benz at number 3 which is valued at $21.8 billion. The other automaker with declined worth is Honda standing at number 4 with $13.3 billion value.

Ford is the only American automaker on the list ranked at number 5 with a value of $13.1 billion, which has increased by 11 percent. Audi which is at number 7, showed a drastic improvement with a whopping jump of 43 percent standing at $10.1 billion.
