After Defender-based SUVs’ exhibit of the Land Rover 105 Longnose and 110WB 6×6 at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, British tuner Kahn has introduced a pickup this time as part of its Flying Huntsman fleet, the choosy-named Flying Huntsman 105 Pick Up.

The company previously made changes to a number of its Land Rovers, some which worked out for Kahn while others seemed radical. The 105 Pick Up, as you may have realised, has got a lengthened nose. The Flying Huntsman is another Defender-based vehicle distinguished by its stretched wheelbase about 115-inches long that comes with a 2.2L diesel, V-8 engine under the hood. The new length can be derived from the vehicle’s “105” codename, as the Defender 90 came with a 93-inched wheelbase.

The extra length of 105 is all front of the pick up’s windshield while its bonnet is measurably 400mm longer & 150mm wider compared to the standard Landie model. The drive is a four-wheel operated on a six-speed automatic transmission. There are upgrades to the brake and suspension and there are broader, extended fenders with vents and bolt apertures that add more aggression to the pick up’s appearance.

The headlights are new while the front bumper also comes with lights. The matte black wheels are taken from the Defend 1945 Retro with length 18-inches.

The new addition to the Flying Huntsman family is said to cost about US$89,216, exclusive of taxes, to the pick-up user.
