Changes in car requirements are fast in today’s world and car collectors in Oman are no less demanding when it comes to luxury. Wattayah Motors, official distributor of Audi in Oman, has announced that the Audi A7 has arrived at their showroom located at Azaiba. The Sportback comes with new engine configuration, improved transmission and better infotainment system. Although the exterior of the five-door vehicle has a sporty look of a coupe, the interior is designed for the comfort of a sedan.
The General Manager at Wattayah Motors stated, “The model is one of the most eagerly anticipated models of 2015 in the Audi range, and we’re certain that its indistinguishable features will stand out in the local market,” Times of Oman reported.
The A7 experience offers a new meaning to sedan with an athletic design combined with elegance through exclusive Audi features. Major changes were made to the bumpers, frame grille, headlights and the tailpipes. Audi supplies Matrix LED lights upon request, which are capable of lighting the road and not causing glare to pedestrians.
A special offering by the automaker is the option to choose from three powerful engines, two of which are TFSI and one is FSI. Power ratings for these engines are between 220-333hp. The best of these engines, the 4.0 TFSI, is offered in Audi S7 with engine power of 450hp. It is also available in Audi RS7 with Cylinder On Demand (COD) technology, delivering an engine power of 560hp.
Standard options for the A7 include keyless entry into the vehicle, parking sensors with a rearview camera, an electric sunroof and Valcona leather seats. The navigation system is topnotch with MMI touch using latest infotainment system.
