Mitsubishi Motors is all set to launch the face-lifted version of the Mitsubishi Outlander at the 2015 New York Auto Show.

Recent spy shots released by Mitsubishi reveal that the Outlander SUV, currently in its third-generation, has a revamped exterior with addition of chrome-outlined X-shaped bumper, new fog lamps and headlamps with new graphics to give the vehicle a styling similar to the Outlander PHEV Concept-S.

Moreover, the vehicle also features several engineering enhancements, including 2.0 and 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engines, to render class to drive quality.

Though details of the interior have been kept under wraps, rumour has it that the refurbished Outlander’s interior will get an upgrade with a new dashboard along with touch screen infotainment system.

Further facts about the SUV will be unveiled on April 2, at the New York Auto Show where the Outlander is slated to make its debut.
