Ferrari has delivered its first Sergio roadster to SBH Royal Auto Gallery in in the United Arab Emirates. Essentially a concept car for the road, the production Sergio is heavily influenced by the show car of the same name.

Ferrari delivered the first ever Sergio to the SBH Royal Auto Gallery in the UAE earlier on Friday. Ferrari plans to build just six examples of the customized roadster.Based on the Ferrari 458 Spider and designed by Pininfarina, the Sergio was created to celebrate 60 years of collaboration between the two storied Italian firms. The car’s name pays tribute to Pininfarinia founder Sergio Pininfarina.

Far more than just a static tribute to the Ferrari-Pininfarina partnership, the concept car for the road is fitted with a number of aero enhancements and is powered by a 605 horsepower version of Ferrari’s 4.5L V8. The roadster can scoot from 0-60 in around 3 seconds.

Unlike the 458 Spider on which it’s based, the Sergio does not have a closing roof.

No pricing information has been released, but you can bet the Sergio carries an asking price above $1 million mark.
