Whenever a new model comes from Toyota, Modellista quickly jumps in to offer some upgrades. Keeping up with its tradition, Modellista has unveiled visual improvements for the new 2022 Land Cruiser, giving it a slightly better and sportier styling.

Right now, the Modellista upgrades for Land Cruiser are available for just the exterior. We can clearly see the front and rear bumpers are different with a busier design than the regular LC. The slanting fog light covers and black lower bumper opening make it appear athletic. Furthermore, we have two different alloy wheel designs – gloss black or matte black, accessible as 21 inchers.

That’s pretty much about the kit Modellista offers. Perhaps, they liked the already tweaked styling of this utilitarian SUV. As a reminder, the 2022 Land Cruiser now has a new TNGA platform and a new twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 good for 409 horsepower (305 kilowatts) and 479-pound-feet (650 Newton-meters) of torque.

We are not sure if Modellista will present new LC upgrades later on. The previous upgrades comprised of new side sills, exterior accent trim, spoilers, and even interior tweaks.

While redesigning the 2022 Land Cruiser, Toyota made sure, it now carries the much-needed tech of this advanced era. That is the reason we now get an optional 12.3-inch infotainment screen and a host of new facilities like Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, etc.
