The 2022 Subaru Impreza will be available in the USA soon with subtle changes and the same starting price as the outgoing model. Among the changes, the buyers will find the new Sapphire Blue Pearl exterior paint option for all models across the range (four-door as well as five-door). The interior is accessible in either black or ivory, whereas leather comes standard on high-end variants.
There are four variants namely Base, Premium, Sport, and Limited – however, the Limited is only available in five doors.
The 2022 Subaru Impreza carries a 2.0-litre boxer engine that makes 152 horsepower (113 kilowatts) and 145 pound-feet (197 Newton-meters) of torque. The power goes to all the wheels, which is the only option across the range. However, there are two gearbox options: a 5-speed manual is standard on the Base sedan model, as well as on the Base and Sport variants of the hatchback. The other drivetrain is the Lineartronic CVT, which comes with Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology.
