Let’s be honest, the Koenigsegg Regera is one of the best hypercars in the world. The 5.0-liter V8 mill creating a throaty muscle car sound and the productive hybrid powertrain pumps out a whopping 1,500 horsepower (1,103 kilowatts). It is incredibly fast and super expensive as well.
Due to its limited 80 units run, very few people could have it. Well, if you are someone who really likes an exclusive hypercar, you have a chance, as it is going to be available at RM Sotheby’s Arizona auction on January 22.
The auction house mentioned that it is the first Regera to be ever available at a public sale. The listing mentions it has a chassis number of 175 and one of the 80 Regeras produced with below 200 miles on the odometer.

The hypercar has supposedly worth $217,000 optional equipment, which is more than the new Porsche 911 Turbo S. While we did not get the list of options available, we do know it comes with 24-karat gold detailing and a surprising pair of Tresex pattern carbon fiber wheels.
The Regera was introduced in 2016 wearing a base price tag of $1.9 million. Only 80 units were planned and all have been sold. Therefore, this might be the only Regera you could get your hands on at this time, publically.
RM Sotheby’s did not reveal its price tag, and as this hypercar has never been auctioned before, we can’t say how much expensive it could go.
