Following the footsteps of GM and other automakers, the luxury brand of Hyundai has announced the Genesis CARE program, which aims at helping its customers whose vehicle maintenance warranties are expiring between 1st March and 30th April 2020. During the COVID-19 lockdown, customers can’t go out for their vehicle maintenance and repair.
Genesis Middle East and Africa are offering up to 3 months of warranty extension, meaning, customers now can avail their warranties by the end of May.
Bang Sun Jeong, Vice President, Head of the Middle East and Africa Operation stated: “We appreciate that many of our customers may have limited or no access to vehicle servicing during these extraordinary times. With Genesis C A R E, we wish to set their minds at ease regarding eligibility for warranty repairs and related services in the coming months. Not only do we care about our customers’ health and safety, we care about the ‘health’ and safety of their vehicles as well.”
Genesis Motor official partners in the Middle East and Africa will individually call each customer and explain to them all the perks of the Genesis C A R E program.
