The British automaker has introduced the updated 2021 Jaguar F-Type featuring better appearance in and outside, a new V8 engine, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.

Changes on the coupe and the convertible models are more visible on the front with a new, low-slung nose, redesigned headlights, and the updated hood to match the exterior styling. At the rear, we see more angular taillights along with changes in the bumper and diffuser.

Inside, the 2021 Jaguar F-Type replaces the typical analog cluster with the digital instrument cluster. The infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The sporty coupe can now get over-the-air software updates.

The new 2021 Jaguar F-Type offers the same engine choices i.e. 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and 3.0-liter supercharged V6, as available in the ongoing model. However, power-hungry users can now benefit from the 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that churns out 575-hp and 516-lb-ft (700-Nm) of torque. This huge power enables the car to hit 96 kilometers per hour in 3.5 seconds only. The top speed is limited to 299 kilometers per hour. To handle this extreme power, the automaker updated the suspension, springs, anti-roll bars, and other components.

European customers will get a new tune of the V8 creating 444 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque, enabling the car to reach 96 km/h in 4.4 seconds. This model will be accessible in both rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations.

The 2021 Jaguar F-Type will sell at £54,060 in the UK, which is $1,750 higher than the outgoing model. We do not know yet when the new F-Type will hit the GCC markets.
